Description

The Salvajor 500-CA-15-MRSS Disposer is engineered for efficiency and durability in commercial kitchens. Featuring a robust 5 Hp motor, this disposer is equipped with a 15" cone assembly that ensures effective waste management. The manual reversing MRSS control allows for easy start and stop operations, enhancing user convenience. Included components such as a fixed nozzle, chrome plated vacuum breaker, solenoid valve, scrap ring, and flow control optimize performance and reliability. With a 6-1/2" inlet diameter, it accommodates a variety of waste types. The heat-treated aluminum alloy housing provides strength and longevity, while the single support leg ensures stability during operation. This model meets UL and CE standards, making it a safe choice for your kitchen needs. Note: Effective June 1, 2017, all MRSS control panel dimensions are 9-1/4" x 10-1/4" x 5-7/16".
