The Salvajor 500-CA-18-MSS-LD-PP Disposer is engineered for efficiency and durability in commercial kitchens. Featuring an 18" cone assembly and a powerful 5 Hp motor, this disposer ensures effective waste management. The user-friendly start/stop push button is complemented by a safety line disconnect MSS-LD control for added security. The pp-type control panel includes a mounted solenoid valve with flow control and a pressure switch, enhancing operational precision. It comes equipped with a fixed nozzle, chrome-plated vacuum breaker, and a scrap ring for optimal performance. With a 6-1/2" inlet diameter, the disposer accommodates various waste types. Constructed from heat-treated aluminum alloy, the housing is robust and long-lasting, supported by a single leg for stability. This model is UL and CE certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
