It features a Pot/Pan Scrap Collector™ system that streamlines waste management in commercial kitchens. Equipped with a NEMA 4 HYDROLOGIC® control panel, the P914 includes a patented operator sensor for enhanced usability. It offers two water-saving modes: timed run and auto start/stop, ensuring optimal water efficiency. The safety line disconnect adds an extra layer of protection during operation. The LCD readout provides clear operational feedback, while the salvage basin and silverware trap help prevent clogs and maintain cleanliness. The scrap basket is designed for easy waste disposal. Powered by a 3/4 HP corrosion-resistant pump, it features a pump intake screen to enhance performance and longevity. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the P914 meets UL, CSA, CE, and NSF standards, ensuring reliability and safety in any commercial kitchen setting.
