This unit features a robust trough conveyor and collecting system, ensuring seamless operation. The HYDROLOGIC® technology includes an LCD readout for easy monitoring. Key features include a trough diffuser, salvage basin, and silverware trap, along with a scrap basket for optimal waste separation. The 3/4 HP corrosion-resistant pump is equipped with a pump intake screen for enhanced durability and performance. Constructed from high-quality stainless steel, the S419 is built to withstand the rigors of commercial use. The user-friendly start/stop pushbutton control panel includes a safety line disconnect and an automatic shut-off timer for added convenience and safety. This product meets UL, CSA, CE, and NSF standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
