Description
The Sammic CK-24V 2D is a versatile benchtop food processor designed for high-volume vegetable preparation and blending. With a continuous feed design, it can process up to 770 lbs of food per hour, making it ideal for busy kitchens. The digital controls feature five variable speeds ranging from 300 to 1000 RPM, allowing for precise adjustments based on your needs. Equipped with a universal kidney-shaped hopper and a continuous feed cylindrical chute, this processor ensures efficient ingredient handling. The combination safety system includes a head, cover, and power switch for added security during operation. The adjustable ejection direction enhances workflow flexibility. The food processor bowl has a capacity of 4.65 quarts (4.4L) with a 7.5-inch diameter, featuring ten variable speeds from 300 to 3000 RPM, along with on/off and pulse functions. Two preset blending settings and a six-language display make it user-friendly. Included accessories are a micro-serrated invert S-blade, a bowl with lateral stirrers, a transparent lid with a gasket, a 4mm slicing disc (FCS-4), a 2mm shredding disc (SHS), an ejection disc, and a gravity expulsion ramp.
