Description
The Sammic EMULSIONIZER PRO 1.0 is a versatile emulsifier accessory designed for efficient blending, filtering, and emulsifying. It features a durable stainless steel filter and interchangeable perforated bases in sizes of 0mm, 0.3mm, 0.5mm, 1mm, and 2mm, allowing for customizable texture and consistency. The included borosilicate heat-resistant jar can withstand temperatures up to 212°F and comes with a secure lid for safe storage. A wooden mortar is also included for traditional mixing methods. This accessory is compatible with immersion blenders that have a blade guard diameter of up to 2.5 inches (65mm), including the XM-12 immersion hand blender. CE certified for quality assurance.
