Description
The Sammic MB-21 is a versatile hand immersion mixer designed for professional kitchens. This combination mixer features a hand whisk with a capacity of 15 liters (15.85 qt.) and an immersion blender with a capacity of 12 liters (13 qt.). It is powered by a variable speed motor block that operates between 1,500 and 15,000 rpm, allowing for precise control over mixing and blending tasks. Included with the mixer are a removable 12" stainless steel whisk and a 9-4/5" removable stainless steel arm equipped with a 3-1/4" diameter bell, ensuring efficient blending and whisking. The All-In-One tempered steel tri-blade cutting system enhances performance and durability.
