Description
The Sammic MB-31 is a versatile hand immersion mixer designed for professional kitchens. This combination mixer functions as both an immersion blender and a hand whisk, accommodating up to 30 liters (32 quarts) for blending and equivalent to whipping 50 egg whites. It features a 12-inch stainless steel detachable arm with a 3-11/25 inch diameter bell for efficient blending, and a 15-3/5 inch stainless steel removable whisk for whisking tasks. Engineered with an ergonomic design and Bi-Mat-Grip anti-slip material, the MB-31 ensures comfortable handling during operation. The continuous run option allows for extended use without interruption. Its All-In-One tempered steel tri-blade cutting system delivers exceptional blending performance. The mixer offers variable speed settings, with a range of 1,500 to 12,000 rpm for immersion blending and 200 to 1,500 rpm for whisking, powered by a robust .54 HP, 400-watt motor. Safety features include an LED warning light in two colors and a safety power indication light.
