Description
The Sammic MB-51 is a versatile hand immersion mixer designed for professional kitchens. This combination mixer functions as both a hand whisk and an immersion blender, accommodating up to 80 liters (85 qt.) as an immersion blender and 30 liters (32 qt.) as a hand whisk, equivalent to whipping 80 egg whites. It features a 16-1/2" stainless steel detachable arm with a 4" diameter bell for efficient blending, and a 16" stainless steel removable whisk for thorough mixing. The ergonomic design includes a Bi-Mat-Grip handle with anti-slip material for comfortable operation. The mixer offers a continuous run option and is equipped with an All-In-One tempered steel tri-blade cutting system for optimal performance. The variable speed motor block operates from 1,500 to 12,000 rpm for the immersion blender and 200 to 1,500 rpm for the hand whisk, powered by a robust 1.1 HP, 720-watt motor. Additional features include an LED warning light in two colors, a safety power indication light, and compatibility with 120v/50/60/1-ph power supply.
