Description
The Sammic SU-520GP+ CC is a high-performance vacuum packing machine designed for efficiency and versatility in food packaging. This countertop model features a spacious chamber measuring 22.3”W x 16.9”D x 8.4”H, equipped with two removable parallel sealing bars, each 17" (420mm) long, utilizing a double seal wire system for enhanced sealing integrity. The innovative “plus” sealing system accommodates mylar bags, while the inert gas injection MAP system, featuring two injectors, ensures optimal preservation of food quality. With sensor-controlled Busch pumps, the machine boasts an impressive capacity of 700 ft³ (20 m³) per hour, making it ideal for high-volume operations. The Bluetooth digital control panel offers user-friendly operation, complemented by a backlit touch keyboard and an LCD color screen display. The machine includes a liquid evaporation detection sensor and progressive decompression for precise vacuuming, along with an oil maintenance cycle for longevity. With 25 programmable settings, including phased vacuum options for soft and porous products, the Sammic SU-520GP+ CC is also Vac Norm external vacuum system ready.
