The Scotsman FS2330L-32 is a high-performance flake-style ice maker designed for efficiency and reliability. With a production capacity of up to 2,275 pounds of ice per 24 hours at 70°F/50°F, and 1,900 pounds certified by AHRI at 90°F/70°F, it meets the demands of busy environments. The unit features a remote low side configuration, separating the compressor and condenser to reduce heat and noise, enhancing operational comfort. Equipped with sealed maintenance-free bearings and AutoAlert™ indicating lights, this ice maker ensures easy monitoring and minimal upkeep. The stainless steel evaporator and auger provide durability, while the one-touch cleaning feature simplifies maintenance. The AgION™ antimicrobial protection helps maintain ice quality, and the unit is designed with a sleek stainless steel finish. Operating on R-404A refrigerant (to be added at initial start-up), the Scotsman FS2330L-32 runs on a 208-230v/60/1-ph power supply. It is NSF and cULus certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and is engineered and assembled in the USA for superior quality.
