The Scotsman HID525AWX-1 is a wall-mounted ice and water dispenser designed for efficiency and convenience. This nugget-style ice maker features Touchfree® infrared dispensing for a hygienic experience. It produces up to 500 pounds of H2 Nugget Ice per 24 hours at optimal conditions (365 pounds certified by AHRI at 90°/70°), ensuring a steady supply for high-demand environments. With a 25-pound storage bin, it offers ample capacity while maintaining a compact design. The unit is equipped with sealed maintenance-free bearings and a removable bin for easy cleaning. The removable air filter simplifies maintenance, while the SmoothStream™ water dispensing system enhances user experience. The enlarged 0.8-inch sink drain and recessed utility chase facilitate efficient water management. Constructed with a stainless steel evaporator and auger, the dispenser is built for durability. The 11-inch dispensing area accommodates various containers, and the USB software upgrade port and unit-specific QR code provide easy access to updates and information. Featuring AgION™ antimicrobial protection and utilizing R 290 refrigerant, this unit is both environmentally friendly and safe. It includes a power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug, operates at 115V/60/1, and draws 9.0 amps.
