Description
The Scotsman HID540AWX-1 Meridian™ Ice & Water Dispenser is a wall-mounted unit designed for efficient and hygienic ice and water dispensing. It features Touchfree® infrared technology for hands-free operation and produces H2 Nugget Ice, ideal for various applications. With a robust production capacity of up to 500 lb of ice per 24 hours at 70°/50° (365 lb AHRI certified at 90°/70°), it ensures a steady supply of ice. The unit includes a 40 lb storage bin, sealed maintenance-free bearings, and a removable bin for easy cleaning. It also features a removable air filter and SmoothStream™ water dispensing for a seamless experience. The enlarged 0.8" sink drain and recessed utility chase enhance functionality, while the stainless steel evaporator and auger ensure durability. With an enlarged 11" dispensing area, this dispenser accommodates various containers. It includes a USB software upgrade port and a unit-specific QR code for easy access to information. The stainless steel exterior is complemented by AgION™ antimicrobial protection, and it operates using R290 refrigerant for eco-friendliness. The unit comes with a power cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug, operates at 115V/60/1, and draws 9.0 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified, engineered and assembled in the USA.
