Description
The Scotsman HID540AX-1 is a high-performance nugget-style ice maker dispenser designed for efficiency and convenience. It features the Meridian™ Ice & Water Dispenser with Touchfree® infrared dispensing technology, ensuring a hygienic experience. Capable of producing up to 500 pounds of H2 Nugget Ice per 24 hours at optimal conditions (365 pounds certified by AHRI at 90°/70°), it meets high demand with ease. The unit includes a 40-pound storage bin and is equipped with sealed maintenance-free bearings for durability. Its removable bin and air filter facilitate easy cleaning and maintenance. The SmoothStream™ water dispensing system, along with removable spouts and an enlarged 0.8" sink drain, enhances usability. Designed with a spacious 11" dispensing area, the Scotsman HID540AX-1 also features a recessed utility chase for streamlined installation. Constructed with a stainless steel exterior, it incorporates AgION™ antimicrobial protection for added hygiene. The unit utilizes R290 refrigerant and includes a USB software upgrade port and a unit-specific QR code for easy access to information. It operates on a 115V/60/1 power supply, drawing 9.0 amps, and comes with a 7.5-foot power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug. Engineered and assembled in the USA, this ice maker dispenser is cULus and NSF certified, ensuring quality and safety.
