The Server Products 82066 is a countertop food topping warmer designed for efficient rethermalizing. This base unit features a temperature-sensing thermostat and a wrap-around heating element, ensuring even heat distribution. It accommodates a #10 can or a compatible stainless steel jar (sold separately, model 94009). For optimal use, a jar spacer (model 82063) is recommended when purchasing the base only. Constructed from durable stainless steel, this warmer operates at 500 watts with a power supply of 120V/60/1-ph and draws 4.2 amps. It includes a cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug and meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and sanitation.
