Description
The Server Products 83720 is an ambient topping dispenser designed for efficient service of thick condiments and craft sauces. This drop-in cold station features an insulated base and includes four 3-1/2 qt. fountain jars, each equipped with a stainless steel pump. It dispenses 1-1/4 oz. portions, with collars available to reduce servings in 1/8 oz. increments for precise control. The flange at the top of the base allows for easy installation into a countertop cutout. Additionally, it can accommodate four ice packs (sold separately) to maintain optimal temperature. Constructed with white plastic jars and a durable stainless steel base, this unit is NSF certified for safety and quality.
