The Server Products 85790 EZT-S Single EZ-Topper™ is a countertop food topping warmer designed for efficiency and convenience. This dual pouch topping warmer utilizes thermostatically-controlled dry heat, eliminating the need for a water bath. It dispenses from a primary 48 oz. topping pouch with a 16 mm center fitment while keeping a second pouch warm in reserve, ensuring you have a continuous supply of your favorite toppings. The stainless steel heated pump serves 1 oz. portions, with the flexibility to reduce serving sizes in 1/8 oz. increments using the included collars. It comes with magnetic merchandising signs for hot fudge and caramel, enhancing your display. With a power rating of 200 watts and operating at 120v/60/1-ph, it draws 1.7 amps and features a NEMA 5-15P cord. The unit is cULus and NSF certified, ensuring it meets high standards for safety and sanitation.
