Description
The Server Products 85899 EZT Twin EZ-Topper™ is a countertop food topping warmer designed for efficient service of fudge and caramel toppings. This dual pouch unit features thermostatically-controlled dry heat, eliminating the need for a water bath. It dispenses from two 48 oz. pouches, accommodating 16 mm center fitments, while keeping a second pouch warm in reserve. The design includes supports for occasions when pre-heating a second pouch is unnecessary. Equipped with stainless steel pumps, it serves 1 oz. portions that can be adjusted in 1/8 oz. increments using the supplied collars. The warmer also comes with magnetic merchandising signs for hot fudge and caramel, enhancing product visibility. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it operates at 400 watts, 120v/60/1-ph, and 3.3 amps, featuring a NEMA 5-15P cord. Certified by cULus and NSF, this unit ensures safety and quality for your food service needs.
