The Server Products 85920 is a low-profile countertop food topping warmer designed for efficient service of fudge and caramel. This EZT Twin EZ-Topper™ features a thermostatically-controlled dry heat system, ensuring optimal temperature for your toppings. It accommodates 48 oz. topping pouches with a 16 mm center fitment and allows for portion control in 1 oz. servings, adjustable in 1/8 oz. increments using the included collars. The unit comes with a magnetic merchandising sign for enhanced visibility. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it operates at 300 watts and is compatible with 120v/60/1-ph power supply, drawing 2.5 amps.
