Description
The Silver King SKPZ72-EDUS2 is a high-performance refrigerated pizza prep table designed for efficiency and convenience in busy kitchens. Measuring 72.20 inches in width, it features a raised refrigerated pan rail that accommodates nine 1/3 size pans, ensuring easy access to ingredients. The unit includes three spacious 35-inch drawers on the left side and two 29-inch drawers on the right side for ample storage. Equipped with a 19-inch deep cutting board, this prep table provides a generous workspace for pizza assembly. The interior is constructed from durable aluminum, while the exterior combines stainless steel and galvanized materials for enhanced durability and easy cleaning. Mobility is facilitated by six 5-inch casters, three of which are lockable for stability. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/2 HP compressor.
