This one-section unit features a spacious 60.50" width and includes two convenient drawers for easy access to ingredients. The marine edge top prevents spills and ensures a clean workspace. Constructed with an aluminum interior and a robust stainless steel and galvanized exterior, this chef base is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. It includes a side-mounted self-contained refrigeration system that utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendly cooling. The automatic defrost feature simplifies maintenance, while the 4" casters, two of which are equipped with locks, provide mobility and stability. Operating at 115v/60/1-ph with a power draw of 2 amps, this unit is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
