The SIRMAN USA 15304C4G08NA CANOVA 300 AUTOMEC is a heavy-duty electric food slicer designed for efficiency and precision. Featuring a robust 12" chromium-plated forged carbon steel blade, it delivers consistent slicing with a thickness of up to 1/2". The automatic, gravity feed operation enhances productivity, while the belt-driven mechanism ensures smooth performance. This compact slicer includes a removable built-in sharpener for easy maintenance and a removable carriage equipped with a safety hand guard for user protection. Constructed with a chromed steel shaft and anodized aluminum alloy, it combines durability with a sleek design.
