Description
The SIRMAN USA 20251558F Electric Grater is designed for efficient and high-capacity cheese grating. Featuring a gear-driven system and a milled stainless steel drum with 1/16" teeth, it can grate up to 3.6 lbs. of hard cheese per minute. The unit is equipped with an IP 67 waterproof ON/OFF stainless steel keypad for easy operation, along with a handle safety interlock for added security. The Plexiglas® catch pan ensures mess-free collection, while the removable anodized aluminum hopper allows for easy cleaning and maintenance. Its fan-cooled motor operates at 1680 rpm with a powerful 2 HP and 1400 watts, making it suitable for heavy-duty use. The grater operates on a 120v/60/1-ph power supply, drawing 18 amps, and comes with a 14 AWG NEMA 5-20P plug.
