It features a powerful 7 HP planetary gear motor with a fan-cooled design for optimal performance. The grinder is equipped with a rotary on/off switch and a safety interlock for secure operation. Its square feeding neck and side guards on the feed tray enhance safety during use. The unit includes a self-sharpening stainless steel knife and a 3/16" plate for efficient grinding. Built with durable 304 stainless steel, the removable tray simplifies cleaning and maintenance.
