Description
The SIRMAN USA 40074258 P-ROLL 420/2 RP PLUS Dough Roller is designed for efficient and consistent dough processing. This countertop model measures 20-1/4" x 12-1/2" x 22-1/2"H and features a dual pass system with two sets of parallel non-stick rollers, accommodating loose rectangular products. The top roller has a diameter of 12-1/2", while the bottom roller measures 16-1/2", allowing for a production rate of up to 250 pieces per hour. Constructed from durable AISI 304 stainless steel, this dough roller ensures longevity and easy maintenance. It is equipped with a robust gear drive transmission and side-mounted knurled metal rotary control knobs for precise operation. Safety features include an automatic shut-off, an IP67-rated water and dust-proof switch, thermal overload protection, and a reset button.
