The SIRMAN USA 40153018 IS 25 IDRA Electric Sausage Stuffer is designed for efficiency and durability in high-volume sausage production. With a robust 55 lb. capacity and a 10-1/4" diameter cylinder, it accommodates large batches with ease. The hydraulic vertical design ensures smooth operation, while the automatic piston decompression and shut-off features enhance safety and convenience. This model includes a removable cylinder and piston for easy cleaning, along with a removable lid for quick access. The side-mounted foot switch allows for hands-free operation, improving workflow. It is equipped with IP 67 waterproof and dustproof protection, ensuring reliable performance in various environments. The flow dial regulator provides precise control over stuffing speed, and the silicone gasket ensures a tight seal. The unit comes with a set of three polyethylene nozzles (3/8" (10mm), 5/8" (16mm), and 1" (25mm)) for versatile sausage sizes. The fan-cooled motor is designed for continuous use, featuring overload and no-volt release protection for added safety.
