The hydraulic system features automatic piston decompression and shut-off for precise operation. The removable cylinder and piston facilitate easy cleaning, while the side-mounted foot switch allows for hands-free operation. Built with IP 67 waterproof and dustproof protection, this stuffer is designed to withstand demanding environments. The flow dial regulator ensures optimal control over stuffing speed, and the silicone gasket enhances sealing and hygiene. Included with the unit are three polyethylene nozzles (3/8" / 10mm, 5/8" / 16mm, and 1" / 25mm) for versatile sausage sizes. The fan-cooled motor, rated at 3/4 HP, provides reliable performance, complemented by overload and no-volt release protection for safety.
