The SIRMAN USA 40153518 IS 35 IDRA Electric Sausage Stuffer is designed for efficiency and durability, featuring a robust hydraulic system with a 75 lb. capacity. Its 12-5/8" diameter cylinder allows for large batches, while the automatic piston decompression and shut-off enhance safety and ease of use. The removable cylinder and piston facilitate quick cleaning, and the removable lid provides easy access for filling. Equipped with a side-mounted foot switch for hands-free operation, this stuffer also boasts IP 67 waterproof and dustproof protection, ensuring reliable performance in various environments. The flow dial regulator allows for precise control over stuffing speed, and the silicone gasket ensures a tight seal. Included with the unit are three polyethylene nozzles (3/8" - 10mm, 5/8" - 16mm, and 1" - 25mm) for versatile sausage making. The fan-cooled motor is designed for continuous use, with overload and no-volt release protection for added safety.
