The Southbend 92-1008 Condensate Hood is designed to efficiently reduce vented steam volume for your kitchen equipment. Measuring 24" W x 33" D, this equipment-mounted hood features three powerful 52.4 CFM 115-volt cooling fans that enhance airflow and performance. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it ensures longevity and easy maintenance. The hood includes a condensate removal hose for effective drainage. Specifically designed for use with Altair II 4 & 6 pan models, it is cETLus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Please note that this model is not compatible with Sirius gas-fired steamers.
