Description
The Southbend CG-20S is a high-performance gas steam generator designed for efficiency and reliability. Featuring a 24" cabinet base and a freestanding design, it is equipped with electronic ignition and CSD-1 controls for easy operation. The unit includes automatic water level control, a pressure gauge, and water gauge glass for precise monitoring. Safety is prioritized with a pressure control system that includes a secondary safety pressure control and a safety relief valve. The split water line and automatic boiler blow-down enhance functionality, while the steam take-off kit provides versatility for various applications. Constructed with a reinforced countertop and a durable stainless steel exterior finish, the CG-20S is built to withstand the rigors of commercial use. It stands on four 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet for stability. Operating at 5-15 psi and delivering 200,000 BTU, this steam generator meets CSA-Star, CSA-Flame, and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any kitchen environment.
