The Southbend CG-330S is a high-performance gas steam generator designed for commercial kitchens. Featuring a 36" cabinet base and a freestanding design, it offers flexibility in placement. The unit is equipped with electronic ignition and CSD-1 controls for reliable operation. Key features include automatic water level control, a pressure gauge, and a water gauge glass for easy monitoring. The pressure control system includes a secondary safety pressure control and a safety relief valve for enhanced safety. The split water line and automatic boiler blow-down streamline maintenance and operation. The steam take-off kit allows for efficient steam distribution, while the reinforced countertop provides durability. The stainless steel exterior finish ensures easy cleaning and longevity. The unit stands on four 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet for stability. Operating at 5-15 psi and delivering 300,000 BTU, the Southbend CG-330S meets CSA-Star, CSA-Flame, and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
