The Southbend DCX-10S-6 is a versatile direct steam steamer kettle combination designed for efficiency and durability. This convection steamer features two compartments, each equipped with a 6-gallon kettle and capable of holding five 12" x 20" x 1" pans, maximizing your cooking capacity. The 44" cabinet base includes two doors for easy access and storage. Each compartment is fitted with a 60-minute timer for precise cooking control. The unit boasts a deck mount faucet valve with a swing nozzle and an integral sink for convenient water access and cleanup. Constructed with a 316 stainless steel interior and a 304 stainless steel exterior, it ensures longevity and resistance to corrosion. The steamer kettle is supported by four 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet for stability on any surface.
