The Southbend DCX-2S-6-10 is a versatile direct steam steamer kettle combination designed for efficiency and durability. This unit features two compartments, including a 6-gallon kettle and a 10-gallon kettle, each capable of accommodating three 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The 60" cabinet base is equipped with three solid hinged doors for easy access. Each compartment includes a 60-minute timer for precise cooking control. The deck mount faucet valve with a swing nozzle and integral sink enhances convenience during food preparation. Constructed with a 316 stainless steel interior and 304 stainless steel exterior, this steamer kettle ensures longevity and resistance to corrosion. It stands on four 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet for stability on various surfaces.
