The Southbend DDA-2S is a dual-pressure direct steam steamer designed for versatility and efficiency in commercial kitchens. Featuring two compartments, this steamer is built with a 36" cabinet base equipped with two solid hinged doors for easy access. The top compartment operates under pressure or can be used in a pressure-less mode, providing flexibility for various cooking needs. Manual controls and an automatic timer with both visible and audible signals ensure precise cooking, while the automatic shut-off feature enhances safety. The pan supports accommodate a variety of cooking vessels, and the unit is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel for long-lasting performance. It stands on four 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet for stability on uneven surfaces.
