Featuring a 42" cabinet base, it includes two 10-gallon tilting kettles with a 2/3 jacket for efficient heating. The kettles are lined with durable 316 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and resistance to corrosion. Equipped with a steam control valve for precise temperature management, the unit also offers a hot and cold water fill faucet for convenience. A 3" deep stainless steel sink with a splash guard enhances functionality, making it easy to maintain a clean workspace. The entire assembly is constructed from high-quality stainless steel and supported by 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet for stability. This product is NSF certified, ensuring it meets strict public health standards.
