The Southbend DMT-10S is a direct-steam kettle cabinet assembly designed for efficiency and durability. Featuring a 10-gallon tilting kettle with a reversible tilt handle, this unit allows for easy pouring and precise control. The 24" cabinet base provides ample storage space, while the 316 stainless steel liner ensures longevity and resistance to corrosion. Equipped with a deck mount hot and cold fill faucet, the DMT-10S simplifies the cooking process. It also includes a 3" deep stainless steel sink with a splash guard for added convenience and cleanliness. The robust stainless steel construction guarantees strength and stability, supported by 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet for optimal leveling.
