Description
The Southbend DMT-30S is a high-performance tilting kettle designed for commercial kitchens, featuring a direct steam system with a generous 30-gallon capacity. Its 2/3 jacket ensures efficient heating, while the hydraulic power tilt allows for easy pouring and serving. The kettle includes a 2" draw-off for quick drainage and a perforated strainer (TPS-2) for convenient food preparation. Equipped with a steam control valve and steam trap, the DMT-30S ensures precise steam management. The swing drain and deck-mounted fill faucet (DMF) enhance usability, making it easy to fill and empty the kettle. Constructed with a durable 316 stainless steel interior liner and a stainless steel cabinet base, this kettle is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. The one-piece stainless steel spring-assisted cover provides easy access, while the 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet ensure stability on any surface.
