Description
The Southbend DMT-60S is a high-capacity tilting kettle designed for efficient cooking and versatility in commercial kitchens. With a generous 60-gallon capacity, this direct steam kettle features a durable 2/3 jacket for optimal heat distribution. The hydraulic power tilt mechanism allows for easy pouring and serving, while the 2" draw-off valve ensures quick and efficient drainage. Equipped with a perforated strainer (TPS-2) for convenient cooking, the kettle also includes a steam control valve and steam trap for precise temperature management. The swing drain and deck-mounted fill faucet (DMF) enhance usability, making it easy to fill and empty the kettle. Constructed with a 316 stainless steel interior liner for superior durability and hygiene, the kettle is supported by a robust stainless steel cabinet base. The one-piece stainless steel spring-assisted cover provides easy access, and the 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet ensure stability on any surface.
