The Southbend DMT-6S is a direct-steam kettle cabinet assembly designed for efficiency and durability. It features a 6-gallon tilting kettle with a reversible tilt handle for easy pouring and serving. The 24" cabinet base provides ample storage space, while the 316 stainless steel liner ensures longevity and resistance to corrosion. Equipped with a deck mount hot and cold fill faucet, this assembly allows for convenient water access. The 3" deep stainless steel sink includes a splash guard for added safety and cleanliness. Constructed entirely from stainless steel, the Southbend DMT-6S is built to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen. Its 6" stainless steel legs come with adjustable flanged feet for stability on uneven surfaces. This product is NSF certified, ensuring it meets strict health and safety standards.
