The 36" cabinet base is equipped with independent automatic timer controls for precise cooking management and an automatic boiler blow down feature for easy maintenance. The removable shelf supports and slide-out shelf enhance accessibility and convenience. The CSD-1 package comes with a water filter system and "Y" strainer, ensuring optimal water quality for steaming. Constructed with a robust 304 stainless steel interior and exterior finish, the Southbend EC-2S is built to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen. It is cCSAus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards for safety and sanitation.
