Description
The Southbend EC-3S is an electric pressure steamer designed for efficiency and durability. Featuring a heated boiler, this unit includes three spacious compartments for versatile cooking options. The 36" cabinet base is equipped with two solid hinged doors for easy access and storage. Independent automatic timer controls allow for precise cooking, while the automatic boiler blow down ensures optimal performance. The removable shelf supports and slide-out shelf enhance convenience and usability. This model comes with a CSD-1 package, a built-in water filter system, and a "Y" strainer for improved water quality. Constructed with a 304 stainless steel interior and exterior finish, the Southbend EC-3S is both robust and easy to clean, meeting cCSAus and NSF standards for safety and sanitation.
