The Southbend ECX-2S-6 is an electric steamer kettle combination designed for efficiency and versatility in commercial kitchens. This unit features two compartments, each equipped with a 6-gallon kettle and capable of holding three 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, allowing for ample cooking capacity. The 44" cabinet base provides stability and storage space. Key features include an automatic blowdown system for easy maintenance, a 60-minute timer for precise cooking control in each compartment, and a deck mount faucet valve with a swing nozzle and integral sink for convenient water access.
