Description
The Southbend EDA-3S is a versatile electric dual-pressure steamer designed for efficiency and durability. Featuring three spacious compartments, it is built on a robust 36" cabinet base. The top compartment offers both pressure and pressureless steaming options, allowing for flexible cooking methods. Manual controls and a 60-minute timer provide precise operation, while the automatic blowdown feature ensures easy maintenance. Constructed with a 316 stainless steel interior and a 304 stainless steel exterior, this steamer is designed for longevity and easy cleaning. It includes a "Y" strainer for condenser feed and a split water line for enhanced performance. The unit is supported by 6" legs with flanged feet for stability. Certified cCSAus and NSF, the Southbend EDA-3S meets high safety and sanitation standards, making it an ideal choice for commercial kitchens.
