Equipped with automatic blow down and CSD-1 boiler controls, this unit ensures reliable operation. It also offers two 3-inch diameter sinks with drains and splash guards, along with a hot and cold water faucet for convenient cleaning and preparation. The 42-inch wide cabinet base is constructed from 304 stainless steel, providing strength and resistance to corrosion, while the 316 stainless steel liner enhances durability.
