The assembly includes a safety relief valve and split water lines for enhanced safety and performance. Automatic blow down functionality simplifies maintenance, while CSD-1 boiler controls ensure reliable operation. The unit is equipped with two 3-inch sinks, complete with drains and splash guards, and a hot and cold water faucet for versatile use. Constructed with a 316 stainless steel liner and 304 stainless steel body, the EMT-10S-6 is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. Its 42-inch wide cabinet base provides ample storage, and the 6-inch stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet ensure stability on any surface.
