The Southbend EMT-6S-6 is an electric kettle cabinet assembly designed for efficiency and durability in commercial kitchens. It features two 6-gallon tilting kettles with a 2/3 jacket for even heating and a reversible tilt handle for easy pouring. The assembly includes a safety relief valve and split water lines for enhanced safety and functionality, along with automatic blow down for convenient maintenance. Equipped with CSD-1 boiler controls, this unit ensures precise operation. It also includes two 3-inch deep sinks with drains and splash guards, complemented by a hot and cold water faucet with control valves for versatile use. The 36-inch wide cabinet base offers ample storage, while hinged doors with magnetic catches provide easy access. Constructed from 316 stainless steel for the liner and 304 stainless steel for the body, this kettle assembly is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen.
