The Southbend EMT-6S is an electric kettle cabinet assembly designed for efficiency and durability. It features a 6-gallon tilting kettle with a 2/3 jacket for optimal heat distribution. The reversible tilt handle allows for easy pouring, while the steam control valve and automatic water level ensure precise operation. Key specifications include a pressure gauge and water gauge glass for monitoring, along with pressure controls equipped with a safety control and relief valve for added safety. The unit is designed with split water lines and an automatic blow down feature for convenience.
