Equipped with manual fill and drain operation, the EZ24-3 offers electromechanical controls for straightforward operation. The removable stainless steel pan supports and steam diffuser plate ensure easy cleaning and maintenance. Key features include indicator lights for operational status, a 60-minute electric timer with an audible alarm, and a low water indicator light with an audible alert to prevent overheating. The door interlock switch enhances safety, while the positive lock and seal spring release door provides secure access.
