The Southbend GCX-10S-6-10 is a versatile gas steamer kettle combination designed for efficiency and performance in commercial kitchens. The 60" cabinet base provides ample storage space, while removable stainless steel pan supports ensure easy cleaning and maintenance. Equipped with electronic ignition and automatic blowdown, this steamer kettle offers reliable operation. Each compartment includes a 60-minute timer for precise cooking control. The deck mount faucet valve with a swing nozzle and integral sink enhances convenience during food preparation. The unit adheres to the CSD-1 code package and includes a split water line, automatic water level control, pressure gauge, water gauge glass, operating pressure control, safety high-limit pressure control, safety relief valve, and cathodic protector for enhanced safety and functionality. Constructed with a durable 316 stainless steel liner and 304 stainless steel body, it ensures longevity and resistance to corrosion. The 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet provide stability on various surfaces.
