Description
The Southbend GCX-10S-6-6 is a high-performance gas steamer kettle combination designed for efficiency and versatility in commercial kitchens. This unit features two compartments, each equipped with a 6-gallon kettle, providing ample cooking capacity. Each compartment can accommodate up to five 12" x 20" pans, making it ideal for a variety of cooking tasks. The 60" cabinet base offers convenient storage, while removable stainless steel pan supports ensure easy cleaning and maintenance. The electronic ignition system enhances reliability, and the automatic blowdown feature simplifies operation. Each compartment is equipped with a 60-minute timer for precise cooking control. Additional features include a deck mount faucet valve with a swing nozzle and integral sink for easy water access, a CSD-1 code package for compliance, and a split water line with automatic water level control. The unit also includes a pressure gauge, water gauge glass, operating pressure control, safety high-limit pressure control, safety relief valve, and cathodic protector for enhanced safety and performance. Constructed with a durable 316 stainless steel liner and 304 stainless steel exterior, the GCX-10S-6-6 is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. The 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet provide stability on uneven surfaces.
